DETROIT — Amid continued slowdowns to mail service, massive increases in vote-by-mail usage, and anti-voter initiatives, All Voting is Local Michigan, Michigan League of Conservation Voters Education Fund, and Asian & Pacific Islander American Vote - Michigan are urging Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson to implement a statewide ballot tracking system to ensure that all voters throughout the state have consistent and equal access to information about their ballots.

Florida’s Seminole County Must Address Concerns with Spanish-Language Voting Materials

TALLAHASSEE — All Voting is Local Florida is calling on Seminole County election officials to offer voting materials in Spanish. In a letter to Seminole County Supervisor of Elections Chris Anderson, All Voting is Local Florida Campaign Manager Ricardo Negron-Almodovar requested a list of issues be fixed so Spanish-dominant voters have access to all electoral information, as guaranteed by Section 203 of the Voting Rights Act.

Florida’s Voter Registration Website Still Needs Major Improvements

TALLAHASSEE — All Voting is Local Florida is calling on Florida’s Secretary of State Laurel Lee to fix persistent problems with the state’s online voter registration system. In a letter sent Wednesday, All Voting is Local Florida State Director Brad Ashwell calls for transparent capacity testing and a plan to extend the registration deadline if the site breaks down again, among other needed improvements.
