While other states are moving backward on voting rights, Nevada is moving forward.
Expanding safe options for voting in 2020 helped increase turnout among EVERY demographic group in the state, despite the pandemic — that’s why it’s critical these provisions remain in place for future elections. AB 321 will do just that. If passed, this bill will:
- Ensure all active registered voters automatically receive a mail-in ballot with prepaid return postage
- Require every county to provide access to ballot drop boxes for voters to submit their mail ballots
- Allow the mail ballot counting process to begin 15 days before Election Day
