Most Pennsylvanians who are incarcerated can vote, and those who have been previously incarcerated can vote as well. All Pennsylvanians deserve to have access to accurate information about their eligibility and the ways in which they can cast a ballot.

Our work led the Philadelphia City Commissioners to triple the number of languages it supports in elections via voting materials. This opens the door for tens of thousands of Philadelphians whose primary language is not English to have greater access to the ballot box than ever before.
