WASHINGTON–All Voting is Local welcomed Miguel L’Heureux as National Campaign Manager. L’Heureux brings a decade of voting rights experience to the position, which will be responsible for helping to coordinate the campaign’s on-the-ground advocacy in key states facing distinct assaults on voting rights: Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania and, Wisconsin.

“We’re thrilled that Miguel has joined the All Voting is Local team to help us deepen our fight for the right to vote in historically disenfranchised communities,” said Hannah Fried, All Voting is Local’s National Campaign Director. “Miguel’s expertise in voting rights, organizing advocacy initiatives, and managing teams across the country will help ensure that our campaign can successfully remove barriers so that every voter can cast a ballot that counts.”

Immediately prior to L’Heureux joining All Voting is Local, he was the CEO of a political consultancy focused on protecting voters’ rights and ensuring every vote gets counted. He has worked for political campaigns overseeing voter protection efforts in states nationwide. L’Heureux served in the Obama administration as Director of Economics for the Presidential Personnel Office at the White House and later as the White House Liaison at the U.S. Small Business Administration. He has a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Kansas and a juris doctorate from the University of Kansas School of Law.

L’Heureux will be based in Washington, DC, joining All Voting is Local’s national staff.

The All Voting is Local campaign works to monitor, expose and prevent actions that suppress the right to vote for Americans historically silenced at the ballot box to achieve a democracy that works for us all.
