Kanisha Vaughn

Kanisha Vaughn is All Voting is Local’s Director of Analytics.

Vaughn has spent her career so far working to promote equity in education, previously working in the world of education technology. She is dedicated to harnessing the power of data to drive equitable outcomes for marginalized children and communities. With a background in cognitive psychology and educational technology, Vaughn has developed a keen understanding of the critical role that data plays in creating transformative change. She has worked closely with some of the largest school districts in the country such as Chicago Public Schools and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. After spending time contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions that revolutionize the way we approach learning and foster an inclusive educational environment, she is excited to embark on a journey into the nonprofit sector.

Vaughn earned a B.S. in cognitive science and behavioral psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
