Cynthia Travieso is All Voting’s  Executive Vice President for State Campaigns & Programs.

Cynthia Travieso is a strategist and coalition-builder rooted in racial and social justice, advancing policy, electoral, and organizational transformation in Black and Brown communities nationwide. Over the course of her career she has led legislative affairs efforts, designed and won electoral field operations, rebuilt leadership infrastructures, and led and facilitated coalition processes that have delivered durable policy wins and voter mobilization at scale. Her work spans community-based power-building, healing justice partnerships, and systems change; including repairing institutional relationships with communities of color, building and executing strategic campaigns, and driving membership, funding, and operational growth for movement organizations.

Travieso’s leadership and advocacy have been recognized with multiple honors, including New York City & State’s Power of Diversity Latino 100 and Advocate of the Year from the New York State Association of Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic and Asian Legislators. She holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University, and a BA in History from St. John’s University.
