As a leader in the state coalition, All Voting is Local Arizona is a nonpartisan organization that engages with state and county officials, tribal nations, and coalition partners to educate and advocate for policies that expand access to voting for all Arizonans – and ensure every vote counts. All Voting AZ and our partners work to educate election officials and partners about statewide election laws and policies to ensure every Arizonan’s freedom to vote is protected. FEATURED WORK
All Voting Arizona is continuing to build on its advocacy for 55 improvements to the Election Procedures Manual (EPM), which outlines the state’s guidelines and requirements for running elections. In 2025, All Voting Is Local’s EPM advocacy secured key wins, including the creation of a process for accepting documentary proof of citizenship on election day (a regulation that wasn’t in place when documentary proof of citizenship laws were implemented) and clarity around canvassing requirements, among other critical changes.
Additionally, in 2025 All Voting Arizona led on and worked with partners to hold an in-person event, “Arizona Elections: Aligning Tribal Governments, County Officials, and State Partners to Co-develop Plans for Successful Elections,” which was coordinated through the Inter Tribal Council of Arizona, the Indian Legal Clinic, and All Voting AZ that brought together Tribal leaders and representatives, county election officials, and the Secretary of State’s office to discuss voting access and election issues.
