PHILADELPHIA — All Voting is Local Pennsylvania, in partnership with Philadelphia city and election officials, immigrant community leaders, and voting rights advocates will have a panel discussion on Tuesday, January 25 at 3:30 p.m. ET highlighting the need for broader language access voting rights in Philadelphia.
The virtual event, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania’s Fels Institute of Government and the Andrea Mitchell Center for the Study of Democracy, will discuss challenges and opportunities for local election administration officials to increase access to voting for American citizens who speak a primary language other than English.
