Megan Irving Tyler is All Voting is Local’s Executive Vice President of Campaigns and Strategy.

She most recently served as managing director of programs and operations for When We All Vote, working to close the age and race gap in voter registration and participation. There, she ran operations for the initiative and managed the My School Votes, Organizing, Community Partnerships, and Vote Lab programs. In the 2020 general election and the GA Senate runoff, she directed the conceptualization, design, and execution of a $3.1M voter contact plan that launched almost 14.8M voter registration, vote-by-mail, and GOTV mailings, calls, and peer-to-peer texts. Tyler is a results-driven leader equally focused on building a work culture rooted in respect, inclusion, grit, and boldness.

Tyler started her career registering voters as a field organizer on the Obama campaign in Virginia. She has managed and consulted on local, state and federal electoral races across the country and served as CEO of a political fundraising and direct mail firm in Maryland. She graduated summa cum laude with a BA in Sociology from Loyola University New Orleans.
