Alexa Solis

Since joining Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada in 2018, Alexa has combined her drive to make the world a better place with strategic communications to help propel the progressive movement forward. She has experience building and leading digital and public relations teams to communicate with thousands of supporters across Nevada through thoughtful and strategic digital and earned media campaigns. With hundreds of local and national media placements through the years, Alexa also has experience training spokespeople, storytellers, and activists alike to create cohesive narratives and shift public opinion. 

Most recently, as Deputy Director of Planned Parenthood Votes Nevada, she has supported in driving large-scale political campaigns including the Nevadans for Reproductive Freedom ballot initiative and organizational strategic planning in addition to her work executing the organization’s communications strategy and initiatives. 

She received her B.A. in journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno in 2017.
