Ali Stowe is All Voting is Local’s Chief of Staff.

Ali Stowe serves as a strategic partner and advisor to the Co-Founder and CEO, responsible for the development and execution of organizational and programmatic initiatives at All Voting. Along with supporting Hannah Fried’s vision and strategy across All Voting and AVL Action, she partners closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure coordination and collaboration around strategic priorities and manages the national campaigns and programs portfolio to guide threat assessment, posture, and strategic response.

Stowe brings more than 15 years of experience in the nonprofit advocacy sector, leading project strategy and implementation. Prior to joining All Voting, she directed comprehensive client programs as a consultant for national nonprofit organizations, global NGOs, and political campaigns. Before that, Stowe served as chief of staff and vice president for a nonprofit advocacy group, responsible for working closely with bipartisan, bicameral congressional leaders across the aisle to pass landmark legislation. She also served on the advance team for Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign, delivering more than 300 engagements across the nation. Stowe got her start in issue advocacy working in higher education where she delivered civic education programs and coordinated inaugural advocacy campaigns reaching thousands of students.

She received her bachelor’s from Texas A&M University and her master’s in education policy from Virginia Tech.
