Jen Wallner is All Voting’s Development Manager.

Jen Wallner is a development and donor relations professional with extensive experience in fundraising, strategic stewardship, and building partnerships that advance mission-driven organizations. She has led donor engagement and fundraising initiatives across the nonprofit sector, with a focus on strengthening relationships, supporting organizational growth, and expanding philanthropic impact.

In addition to her professional work, Jen serves as President of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Board and as a member of the Plan Commission for the City of Waukesha, Wisconsin. She is passionate about civic engagement, equitable access to voting, and helping organizations build the resources and partnerships needed to strengthen democracy and create lasting community impact.
