Jen Wallner is All Voting’s Development Manager.

Jen Wallner is an accomplished development and donor relations professional with a dynamic background in fundraising, strategic stewardship, and event management. Prior to this role, Jen held the role of Development Associate at Thrive Scholars, where she contributed to advancing the organization’s mission to empower high-achieving, underrepresented students by cultivating donor engagement and supporting fundraising initiatives. She also served in pivotal roles at the American Cancer Society, most recently as Senior Donor Relations Manager, where she led enterprise-wide stewardship efforts to strengthen relationships with major donors and partners. Her tenure also included serving as Senior Coordinator of Development, supporting philanthropic efforts across 17 states.

Jen brings a deep commitment to civic engagement and community leadership to her role. She serves as President of the Parks, Recreation and Forestry Board and as a member of the Plan Commission for the City of Waukesha, WI. Passionate about equity and participation, she is dedicated to expanding access to the ballot and ensuring every voice is heard in the democratic process. Her background in development and donor relations has strengthened her ability to build partnerships and mobilize resources in support of causes that drive social change.
