Marcela Taracena is a communications and advocacy professional with extensive experience advancing policy and electoral campaigns in Arizona. She has led strategic communications, media relations, coalition messaging, and rapid-response efforts for political campaigns and nonprofit organizations for both local and national organizations. With a decade of experience, Marcela has worked closely with elected officials, candidates, advocates, and community partners to develop effective strategies, mobilize stakeholders, and respond to fast-moving political challenges. A first-generation graduate from the University of Arizona, Marcela is a proud Arizonan and is committed to improving her home state for generations to come.
