Nicholas Martinez is All Voting is Local’s Executive Vice President for Data & Research.

Martinez has spent his career as a professional researcher who uses data to inform decision-making.

As Executive Vice President for Data & Research with All Voting is Local, he applies quantitative social science methods to complex policy questions to assist the team members and campaign in our efforts to expand voting access and protect democracy.

His experience spans the public and private sectors, with a background that includes time spent in leadership roles as an election administrator, demographer, economic developer, and director of business analytics. Martinez has experience researching elections, environmental protection, real estate markets, global economics, small-area demography, customer behavior, transportation networks, and urban development.

Martinez, a certified urban planner, holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American studies, master’s degrees in international affairs and urban planning from Florida State University, and earned a doctorate in public affairs from Florida International University.
