Scott Seeborg is All Voting is Local’s co-director of states.

Having served as Pennsylvania state director with All Voting Is Local for more than two years, Seeborg brings direct experience building county-based election administration support, advocacy and accountability campaigns to expand the freedom to vote from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh and beyond.

Seeborg previously served as campaign and implementation manager with the Center for Secure & Modern Elections, passing automatic voter registration laws at the state level and working with state officials, technical experts and voting rights advocates to ensure successful implementation after passage. AVR policies build secure and automated voter registration systems into existing state processes, such as interacting with the DMV, seamlessly.

Earlier in his career, Seeborg worked with labor, environmental and political organizations at the national level to elect leaders, raise the minimum wage, expand sick leave, and protect air and water from harmful chemicals. He first organized Pennsylvania communities in 2003 and has remained active in every election cycle since.
