PHILADELPHIA — All Voting is Local Pennsylvania, in partnership with the Committee of Seventy and Common Cause Pennsylvania, will host a press briefing at 11 a.m. ET on Wednesday, September 8, to discuss findings from their latest report, entitled “Ballots for All: Holding Pennsylvania County Jails Accountable for Providing Ballot Access.” 

On the call, speakers will discuss the major inconsistencies and failures among 61 surveyed county jails in their policies and procedures for voting in jail, as well as what they must do to ensure that Pennsylvanians in jail have the opportunity to vote in every election.
