ATLANTA — All Voting is Local Georgia State Director Kristin Nabers issued the following statement in response to a decision by the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia to dismiss the Curling v. Raffensperger federal lawsuit regarding the use of electronic voting machines:

“After many years of back and forth in court, today’s decision was a long-awaited win for Georgia’s elections and its voters. Every piece of voting equipment in Georgia – including the machines, printers, and scanners – goes through extensive logic and accuracy testing before each election. Risk-limiting audits are required after nearly every election to ensure that the counts are accurate, meaning counties would immediately know if they had a vulnerability. Every single time, these counts have confirmed that Georgia’s voting equipment cast and counted votes accurately. It comes as no surprise that the decision is what it is, and we appreciate the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia affirming it.”
