Erin Hannigan
Erin Hannigan is All Voting is Local’s Chief Operations Officer.
She most recently served as an independent consultant for organizations dedicated to improving our democracy. From 2018 to early 2021, Erin served at When We All Vote as the chief program officer and managing director. Prior to that, Hannigan worked for four years at the Chicago-based Joyce Foundation as a program officer and communications officer.
Earlier in her career, from 2007 to 2014, Hannigan served in various capacities for President Barack Obama, including on the field staff in the 2008 presidential campaign, in the Obama administration at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the White House, as the GOTV director in New Hampshire in 2012, and as the health care campaign manager at Organizing for Action from 2013 to 2014.
She is a graduate from St. Ambrose University (BA) and Northwestern University (MPPA).
