Mary Janet Ramos is All Voting is Local’s Nevada Senior Campaign Manager.

An organizer at heart, Ramos has been actively engaged in voter outreach efforts through civic engagement, advocacy work, and union and campaign organizing.

Prior to joining All Voting, Ramos worked as a research analyst with the Culinary Workers Union Local 226. The highlights of her work include helping pass COVID-19 worker health and safety language to protect hospitality workers in the midst of the pandemic. Ramos also served as the union’s field director and helped the union develop voter targets, assisted in the development of political messaging, and trained staff to run a canvassing program in a safe manner for the 2020 presidential cycle. Before this, Ramos was the field director of For Our Future Nevada for the 2018 Nevada midterm election. Through these experiences, she has successfully executed programs to mobilize Nevadan voters to use their political power at the ballot box.

Ramos earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of California Riverside.
